“Previous Balance” on
Quarterly Bills
We went back to
quarterly billing at the first of the year. The stormwater charges on the
first quarterly bill in April were for one month instead of three. The
adjustment on the current bill is for the missed two months, and is under
“previous balance”.
We apologize for
any misunderstanding or inconvenience to our quarterly residential
customers.

FLOOD DAMAGE DISPOSAL:
Call the Village if you still have special loads of Flood damaged items and
materials.
Also, if you are home when the public works staff pick up your garbage, you may be
able to fill up the can(s) multiple times, if you talk to them about it.
