North Fond du Lac Fire & EMS

Under the direction of the Fire Chief / EMS Director, the ambulance service and the fire department have been combined into a single entity--North Fond du Lac Fire & EMS.

North Fond du Lac Fire & EMS is a combination department with a full-time Chief, six part-time positions, a resident program, and paid-on-call personnel.

The active roster includes 35 firefighters and 25 EMT's, EMT IV-tech's, Intermediate/99's, and Paramedics.

North Fond du Lac Fire & EMS responds to numerous types of emergency calls including medical, trauma, vehicle extrication, HAZMAT, fire, smoke & CO alarms, house lockouts, and  water & ice rescue.
