Part-time Paramedic Position Available, with Full-time Potential

 

North Fond du lac Fire & EMS currently has an open position for a part-time Paramedic. 

 

It is the department’s goal to have well-rounded staff capable of handling any type of emergency situation.  Therefore, the following minimum qualifications are desired for acceptance with North Fond du Lac Fire & EMS:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED

  • Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license

  • Intermediate/99, or Paramedic

  • Within 1st year - Certified as a Fire Fighter I

  • Within 1st year - Trained to HAZ MAT Ops

In addition to an interview, candidates will submit to reference, background, and motor vehicle investigations—as well as pass a drug screen and a physical ability test.
